Hide and Seek

We play hide and seek
With our body
With our minds
With our existence

We light up a smoke
Mask the smell with a mouth freshner
Meet someone and then never want to meet again
Have one night stand
Tell ourselves it never happened

What is it that we hide?
What is it that we seek?
Death is
When soul departs the body
Tired of this game

Are we walking dead?

    WE hide our soul which once wanted to follow a path meant for it but was overpowered by the lures of the reality and was dragged to corner to become very sick and never to grow.
